Horrible check out and return process. The employees can’t handle even most basic returns and need to call supervisors. Typically one person works at checkout. Wait in line to buy or return and then wait again for people to fix issues. 30 minutes+ for simple return of defective product.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 mins for simple help to figure out what printer paper I need to buy for a Polaroid. They kept saying they would send someone. Waited forever and they make me late to my event

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Sol from Geek Squad. The computer sales associates couldn’t clearly explain the differences between Geek Squad Protection and the Total plan, but Sol was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything in detail. Because of her advice, I felt confident in my purchase. She made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend asking for Sol if you need help with protection plans. Happy with my new Laptop!
